Simple Wash™ has been proven to effectively remove dirt, grime, water stains, rust stains and more from a variety of surfaces.

The waterbased formula is safe for use around surrounding vegetation if pre-wetted prior to application.

The residue is easily removed by water rinsing.

Preparation

Use on dry or damp surfaces. Pre-wet surrounding vegetation with water.

Residue from rinsing will not harm plants.

For heavy duty cleaning, dilute 1 to 1. For general cleaning, dilute 3 to 1.

For light cleaning and wood brightening, dilute 5 to 1.

Mix only in a plastic pail. Do not use a metal pail.

Test Patch

Conduct a small test patch in an inconspicuous area to ensure product performance.

Application Procedure

Apply with a synthetic brush, mop, garden sprayer or pressure washer.

Wait for 5 to 20 minutes. Agitation may be required in some areas.

Rinse all project surfaces with plenty of water.

Coverage

18.5 to 92.5 sq.m./3.8L (200 - 1000 sq.ft./US Gal.) depending on dilution.

Application Tips

Simple Wash™ is a powerful maintenance cleaner and brightener for outdoor wood, concrete, fiberglass, and plastic surfaces.

For brighteneing wood apply Simple Wash™ and allow to dwell on surface until desired brightness is achieved.

A second application or stronger dilution may be required for cedar or redwood.

Use for tough discolouration such as tannin bleeding through paint, surface mildew stains, rust and sprinkler residue.

Use a corrosion resistant sprayer and rinse with a high water volume pressure washer. A warm water rinse increases effectiveness.

Heavily grayed wood is best restored using Woodwash™. Peeling stains or paints will require Stripex™ or Stripex™-L.

Wood can be protected the same day with damp wood friendly Natural Deck Oil™.

Disposal

Dispose of remaining product in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

Clean Up

Clean up tools immediately with tap water.

Precautions

Treated surfaces are extremely slippery. Simple Wash™ may corrode bare metal.

Keep product from freezing. Handle with care.

When spraying wear a NIOSH/MSHA approved respirator.

Danger

CAUSES BURNS. Do not mix with oven cleaner, drain cleaner, bleach or ammonia. Do not swallow. Do not get in eyes or on skin or clothing.

Wear rubber gloves and safety glasses.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

First Aid

Contains Alkylsulphonic Acid (CAS# 27176-87-0) and Phosphoric Acid (CAS# 7664-38-2).

If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.

Get medical aid immediately. If in eyes or on skin, rinse well with water for 15 to 20 minutes. If on clothing, remove clothes.

If inhaled, move person to fresh air.
