EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS

Natural bristle or synthetic paintbrush, roller or sprayer.

OPTIMUM APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

50 to 80°F (10 to 27°C)

PREPARATION

1) Cover / protect plants and other areas not to be treated with Supernatural™ Protective Wood Finish System.

2) Prepare,clean or strip wood with appropriate BIO-WASH™ product (Stripex™, Stripex™-L, Simple Wash™ or Woodwash™).

3) Stain Prep™ is a pH balancing cleaner that increases coating penetration and maximizes coating life.

Apply Stain Prep™ to neutralise acidic residue in wood, then rinse with plenty of water.

4) Let wood dry for at least two to three hours or until dry-to-touch.

TEST PATCH

Apply a small test patch in an inconspicuous area to ensure desired colour and product performance.

APPLICATION

1) Stir Supernatural™ thoroughly prior to use.

DO NOT SHAKE OR AERATE.

2) Do not apply Supernatural™ in direct sunlight.

3)Using a good quality paintbrush, apply the first coat of Supernatural™ on a cool surface above 50°F (10°C). If the air temperature is above 80°F (27°C) do not apply product.

If the wood feels warm to touch, it is too hot to finish.4) About two to four hours after applying the first coat (when first coat is dry to touch or slightly tacky), apply the second coat of Supernatural™.

If spraying or rolling, saturate a small surface at a time and then immediately back-brush using additional Supernatural™.

COATING MAINTENANCE

1) Once wood is protected with Supernatural™ use Simple Wash™ for regular cleaning.

2) When rain-water immediately soaks into wood, a maintenance coat of Supernatural™ Step 2 is required.

3) Prepare wood with Stain Prep™.

4) Let wood dry for at least two to three hours or until dry-to-touch.

5) Apply a maintenance coat of Supernatural™ Step 2.

COVERAGE

For best results use 2 coats of Step 1 and finish with one coat of Step 2.

Step 1 coverage on first coat: 150 to 200 sq.ft./US Gal. (14 to 18.5
sq.m./3.8L).

Step 1 coverage on seond coat: 200 to 300 sq.ft./US Gal. (18.5 to 28
sq.m./3.8L).

DISPOSAL

Dispose of remaining product in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.

CLEAN UP

Clean up tools immediately with tap water.
