Dye Stain-A UV is a dye wood stain formulated to change the color of interior wood surfaces such as furniture, casework, doors, trim, paneling and cabinets. Dye Stain-A UV is faderesistant and its color retention is far superior than aniline stains. It may be applied to bare or bleached wood. It is compatible with a variety of other Wood Kote products. Please refer to the Wood Kote Schedule of Product Compatibility and Recommended Dry Times. Dye Stain-A UV complies with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission requirements for Architectural and Industrial Maintenance coatings (effective 13Sep99) and California SCAQMD Rule 1113 (effective 14May99).

One application of Dye Stain-A UV will cover approximately 500 sq ft/gal (12,2 m2/L). Recoating will intensify color.
Composition & Properties-
Dye Stain-A UV is a fast-drying, semi-transparent, acetone-based dye stain. It can be reduced with AceThin (acetone).
