Transtar Signature Series Factory Pack Black Premium Basecoat 9501, 9504 is an intense, super jet black basecoat designed to match the OEM appearance on many domestic and foreign vehicles. It does not need mechanical agitation, just shake and pour.

Surface Prep: Sand & degrease area. Mix Ratio: 1:1

Pot Life: Unactivated: Unlimited; Activated: 8 hours

Reducer: Use Transtar’s Zero V.O.C. Urethane Grade Reducer (TDS601) or Urethane Grade Reducer (TDS600) appropriate to the shop conditions and local air quality regulations.

HVLP/LVLP: 1.2 - 1.4 mm 2 - 3 coats 5 -10 minute flash Please refer to gun manufacturer for proper spray pressure recommendations.

Dry Times: To tape: 20 - 25 min To clearcoat: 10 -15 minutes
